What do I do if I forgot pasting the Tag/memo/Payment ID or paste the wrong one?
Please follow the below instruction, and send the information by mail to service@dragonex.io.Our customer service staffs will help you handle it promptly.
1. It’s required to conduct Intermediate Authentication.
2. Please send mail to service@dragonex.io with the information about DragonEx ID, User’s Name, Mobile Number that registered, ID Number, Coins and the quantity you deposited, Tx_id(Required).
3. If you withdraw from others exchange, please send the screenshot of the withdrawal record by mail to service@dragonex.io
If you withdraw from wallets, please transfer a small amount to DragonEx from the wallet for ID verification, after transfer, send the screenshot of the Tx_id of that small amount by mail to service@dragonex.io
Note: The video is required to provide if you withdraw tokens that based on EOS and XRP from other platforms or wallets.
