I have deposited from other platforms to DragonEx and it showed that my transaction completed. But why didn’t I receive the amount?

A withdrawal marked as “completed” or “success” on an exchange does not mean that the transaction has fully processed to the receiving exchange – it simply means that the transaction was successfully posted to the blockchain.

Once a transaction is on the blockchain, it will still take a variable amount of time to confirm and post to the destination exchange. Different blockchains require different amounts of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.

It is not uncommon for a blockchain to be congested with many transactions, causing unexpected/unusual delays in processing your transaction. You may use the transaction ID (Tx_id) to follow the status on the blockchain.

If you follow the above steps, still didn’t receive the amount, please send mail to service@dragonex.io or submit request with the information about your DragonEx ID, Coins and the quantity you deposited, Tx_id (Required), Our customer service staffs will help you handle it promptly.
I withdrew from DragonEx to other exchanges or wallets, but I haven’t received my funds yet. Why? Here are the steps to follow:

DragonEx review your withdrawal. When you click Withdraw, you will see the reminder shown Reviewing, then change to Withdrawing, that means the platform has reviewed. This procedure cannot be canceled and interfered by others and the withdrawal will be completed after the Blockchain confirms.

It’s advised to copy the TxID and paste it on the corresponding explorer to check the confirmations on the Blockchain.

If the Blockchain shows that the transaction has not yet been confirmed, please be patient and wait for the confirmation process to complete. And if the Blockchain showed that the transaction is already confirmed, which means that DragonEx has transferred coins successfully and cannot do anything to help you. If you still had issues, please negotiate to the owner of destination address.
